1. How long are processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days.
Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.
All Packages Delivery is with FedEx. Business days are Monday-Friday
2. When will my tracking number start to update?
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service through the contact page.
3. Can I make changes to my order?
To ensure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
4. May I return my order?
Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS within you receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high-quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with!
5. When will I receive my refund?
A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the Fierce Beauty security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank Card within 3-7 business days.
6. May I make an exchange?
Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The Fierce Beauty hair Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.
